Brampton Bryan has stunning views.

Brampton Bryan Park lies on Pedwardine Hill, which at its highest point is over 300 metres above sea level.

It was last used for SINS in 2017 and provides an enjoyable mixture of open parkland and extremely mixed but generally runnable woodland on a network of steep sided valleys and rolling hilltops.

The trees in the park are predominantly oaks, with some beech, ash and lime. On the steeper slopes are areas of scattered scrub composed of mainly hawthorn, elder, silver birch and rowan.

Alongside the park is a plantation area of mixed deciduous and coniferous trees.

Dogs will be permitted in the car parking field but must be on a lead at all times and strictly under control. Owners must clean up any mess their dog creates.

Dogs will not be allowed in the competition area as sheep will be grazing with lambs in the park.

View from the woods at Brampton Bryan.
Both the park and woodland offer spectacular views over the surrounding areas of northern Herefordshire and southern Shropshire.
